Be our guest. Cook your best.
Everything good happens in the kitchen or around the table. Cooking with my family is a long standing tradition. I’ve cooked with my 18 month old daughter and my 98 year old great grandmother. The kitchen is a place to learn, teach, bond, and grow. The dining room table is a place where everyone comes together to enjoy and nourish themselves with something that was made by the hands of another family member. Cooking for a significant other or cooking. Cooking for one another is love.
These are made with avocado oil instead of lard to make these healthier but still absolutely delicious.

We also call these “April Ribs” because they are just as good finished off under a broiler as they are on the grill!
The easiest way to impress even the pickiest of guests and friends.
Amazing over ice cream, pancakes, as a filling for a cake, or over my crispy cardamom waffles!
