Basic Pulled Pork

Ingredients:

3 lb pork shoulder

1 cup of beef broth

3 cloves of garlic

1 tsp of sea salt

Instructions:

Rub sea salt into the pork shoulder. Cube into 2” pieces. With the rack in the base of an instant pot or an electric pressure cooker, Add pork, broth, and garlic.

Cook on High Pressure for 1 hour and 15 mins. 5 mins natural release. remove pork from pressure cooker and either shred with two forks manually, or place in the bowl of a stand mixer with a paddle attachment and mechanically shred.
